🌼 Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To start a return, please email us at ful.sunshinewithabow@argents.com  with your order number and details about the item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We’ll carefully review your request and arrange a prompt replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons (such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized/personalized products). These will be clearly marked in the product description.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • In cases where the error is ours, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
